Kings Green Iguana is located in the center of Jaco Beach, one block from the main street in the middle of downtown Jaco. Just 5 minutes walk to 3 grocery stores, 2 banks, and 30 restaurants and shopping, but yet located in a quiet and private setting. From our oceanfront property, you can hear the constant sound of the waves and feel the ocean breeze. We have a beautiful pool right on the front of the beach, to relax in or to entertainment
friends and family.
Often you can see the scarlet macaws, toucans, geckos, and of course the green iguanas from the property. The main house is 2 bedroom and the other 4 bedrooms are next to the pool, separated from the house by a beautiful flower garden with over 100 species of plants. This house is clean, comfortable, and very well maintained, has new tile floors, new kitchen cabinets with granite countertops, and new kitchen appliances. All bedrooms have AC for your sleeping comfort and all beds are pillow mattresses with 300 threat count sheets
